Cubic shipping
Cubic shipping looks like it will help reduce shipping on many of my items.
I ran the numbers and it was cheaper.
However, when I went to generate a label it only showed the old format. I called customer service and he was helpful but wasn't able to tell me why I couldn't use cubic label pricing. Nice lad but no in depth knowledge.
My packet meets the requirements.
Why cannot not use the new cheaper pricing?
