You guys that list items made in Cuba way before 1959 how are you able to list without getting the warning about the embargo, etc.?
I see 110,000 items listed with Cuba in title but I just got the warning on 2 items from the 1940s and stopped the listing. Thanks

Mentor1 year ago@mantle1951 Even pre embargoed goods are not allowed. It's like speeding, not everyone that breaks the rules is caught. Some are caught AFTER the item sells too and the sale is canceled by eBay.

Goods from embargoed countries aren't allowed.
What is the policy?
Sellers can't list embargoed goods or pre-embargoed goods from these countries or regions:
Organizations, businesses, or individuals based in the countries listed above, or those on the United States' Specially Designated Nationals (SDNs) list can't register accounts on eBay
Activity on eBay is required to follow this policy, the eBay User Agreement and all applicable laws, as well as respect the rights of third parties. If it doesn’t, eBay may take action consistent with applicable laws and the eBay User Agreement, and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: Removing the listing or other content, issuing a warning, restricting activity or account suspension.
