.CSV file import for Non-Sports cards in Collection Beta
Hello,
I am attempting to use the collection beta tool and utilize the ebay .csv template for non-sports cards, specifically Marvel cards. I continually receives errors when attempting to import the file. My uploads have produced the following errors:
Import errors (2)
We detected errors in your CSV, please fix them and re-upload your file.
Rows 2-161 The Condition ID you entered isn't recognized. Please ensure it's correct and try again.
Rows 2-161 We ran into a problem processing this row. Please contact us through "Help improve this page" link located on the top of the page.
With the condition ID I am using the IDs that are provided in the .csv template.
I have attempted to reach out to customer support however, I have transferred numerous times without any sort of suggestions for resolution or assistance. I attempted to log in today and try uploading the file again and now I am just getting "We ran into a problem" and the the file does not import.
Is there anyone that has any insight into how to resolve these issues or has been able to utilize the bulk import tool for non-sports card successfully?
