Crushed package
I was notified from my buyer that my package was crushed and the art print was creased. I sent it Priority Mail through eBay it was packed correctly. I have had this happen before and the buyer would send me photos of the damage and I would submit them for the $50 insurance. The Post office now wants the buyer to take the damaged package to there post office and not except it, that's a lot to ask from a customer.
I guess I have to eat the cost of the second print and postage.
