Crushed in fantasy shipping w FedEx
Hi
I shipped a bike using a FedEx bike box 50†long
I got billed $300 instead of $75 . They claim the box is 55 “
I have s photo of the delivery in standard FedEx bike box
they said it was scanned 4 times and it’s irrefutable , no appeal
What options do I have ?
The box did not grow 5†in length
I have the delivery photo and the box is intact and the same as shipped
who can I turn to to get relief ?
I’ll never ship FedEx again EVER

Mentor3 years agoThe FedEx bike box measures 54" x 8" x 28", per FedEx. So likely the outside dimensions rounded up are 55"x9"x29".
What was the to/from Zip Codes and weight?
