Crook buyer never returned item bought and I refunded,
Ebay has not done a thing about this. The case just went away and now over 90 days old. How the hell do you get in contact with ebay. Seems sellers are the ones ebay makes money from but the buyer has more rights?

The normal events are buyer returns the item THEN after the returned item is received, seller issues the refund.
If you refunded first, then the buyer was not required to return the item.
