Credit with unupdated numbers used for making purchase
I hadn't used my eBay account for a year and the payment account wasn't updated. The card number of my credit card has updated and I don't think the old one works. However, the purchase went through. I tried reaching out to the seller about this, but they say that it is already processed.
Any idea on how such a situation is resolved? I tried searching about it but couldn't find anything.
