credit refund
I returned an item and was told a refund was issued 16 days ago, yet I have not received it. The seller received the item back already.

If eBay shows the refund was already issued 16 days ago, first check the original payment method used at checkout including credit card, PayPal, bank account, or pending transactions.
Sometimes banks can take additional processing time, but 16 days is longer than normal. You should check exact refund transaction details in

Mentor4 months agoRefunds go back to the original funding source. If that was a credit card, it can take up to one billing cycle for the refund to show up on your bank statement.
