Credit my account on a purchase that i don't want

I accidentally made a purchase that I do not want. The seller has a problem on crediting my account. The order number is 11-12963-28934. Can you please help me on getting my account credited back pleas?

The Seller can Cancel the transaction without an issue, if they are new they might be clueless on how to do it or they may be trying to stick you with the purchase.

If you have not ask them to cancel then please do so ... otherwise you have to wait one day past the estimated delivery date to file a claim that you did not receive the item if they never ship it to you.

I did ask him to refund my credit card. He replied done. Then he replied saying that Ebay won't let him cancel, and asked me to call Ebay.

@billminator1. Ebay customer service cannot cancel the order for you. The seller is probably confused because they have to "front" the refund from their backup payment method for selling costs. Your original payment is not released to the seller until after your refund clears.

You will need to do as @mr_lincoln advised and file a not received refund request when it is one dsy past the last estimated delivery date. If the seller doesn't refund you at that time then you can ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day and they will force a refund from the seller's account. The seller will receive a defect on their account for not taking care of their customer.
