Credit for overpaid shipping
How do I credit a buyer who paid way too much for shipping. The listing somehow charged him 100.00. I thought it said “Up to 100.00â€. It only cost like 17.00 to ship. Does EBay make that correction automatically since I purchased the label through eBay?

eBay does not refund the buyer automatically. You can go to your sold orders and select refund buyer next to that order. Enter the amount to refund and select shipping adjustment for the reason.
