Credit for cancelled USPS shipping label
While on the phone with an Ebay Rep in early Aug she helped me cancel a shipping label (that had been generated that day) and generate another label. When I asked about how I would be credited for the cancelled label she stated the cancelled label was credited when we cancelled it.
I am still seeing a double charge on the shipping (my labels are deducted from my Ebay funds) on my transaction page with no credit. I have tried to contact EBay with no luck.
What should I do?

Mentor2 years agoFor the cancelled/voided label, USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.

OP2 years agoThanks for the help. I was confused bc the rep told me she saw that I was credited instantly while I had her on the phone. I need to wait another week and hopefully I'll see it.
