If these purchases do not show in your Purchase History, then someone has gotten a hold of your account information and is making purchases on eBay with it. You need to contact your credit card company and report the transactions ASAP. They will prevent further purchases and issue you a new card #.
If the purchases ARE showing in your Purchase History, then you need to contact eBay to report an account takeover. In this instance, before doing anything else, change your password. See this link:

OP3 weeks agoCredit card is already taken care of. Im wondering if ebay will tell me what was bought or a shipping address.

eBay doesn't disclose that kind of information. The credit card company will work with eBay to handle it from here.
