If you are able to check out and choose the proper payment method using a different browser or a private or incognito browser window, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies in the original browser.

OP1 month agodifferent issue with my card. I have had this card in my profile with ebay for months and have paid dozens of transactions. I have not changed anything and my card is still in my profile as a payment option; nevertheless, It does not show up as a payment option when I try to pay for a win.

This may have no bearing on your experience, but something weird happened with my MasterCard recently, too. Two days ago, I received two new cards in the mail, with expiration date 10/2030. Nothing unusual about that.
The weird thing is that they are identical, and I do mean identical in every respect, with the cards I already had, except that the cards already in my possession had the expiration date 03/2030.
I thought it odd that MC would send replacement cards that are exactly the same as the cards I already had, except the expiration date is 7 months further out.
But I wasn't interested enough to endure that infuriating decision tree you have to get past in order to talk with customer service.

Do you mean your personal card information, as in auto fill? Or a general option like Visa, Mastercard, etc?
