Credit card payment gets changed to payment from checking account when processed
Recently, when I purchase an item on eBay and go to PayPal to to pay, I select CC payment but the payment is switched to being paid from the bank account linked to the eBay account. Has happened on the last 3 transactions I've made on eBay when payment is made via PayPal. WHY is this occurring?
