credit card fraud

These two orders were charged to my card with items I did not purchase.
Called the bank and they said I had to contact ebay first. The card has been disabled. Try to contact the "sellers" but both are being evasive and sending emails thanking me for purchases I did not make, I messaged them through chat to stop whatever they were doing but no results.

Try to contact ebay but there is no option for this situation to get solved. I need help. Regards.

Mentor1 year agoOne thing to understand is that sellers never see your payment information so they cannot just charge something to your payment source. Also, sellers cannot just make you buy something as eBay 's system would not allow this. So most sellers would be wondering why you are contacting them about a sale that was made and charged to you. Someone would have to hack your account in order to even make a purchase and this would not be the seller.

OP1 year agoI already reported this to ebay but days have passed and no answer. They send me a message telling me they try to contact me by phone but my phone is the same as in my contact information and it does not have problems. Need to contact an agent directly but there is no option.
