Credit card fails to verify
Whenever I bid or try to add a credit card it says failed to verify, try a different card. Any body know why or has had this issue? the strange thing is I have bought two items the eBay app in the last few months. I talked to customer service chat rep and they said to get my personal info correct, I do. The exact wording is
We couldn't verify this card. Please provide a different card.

This account appears to be quite new. Are you able to make purchases using another eBay account?
If you recently changed your username in this account, try signing out of eBay entirely and then signing back in to this account again. That should allow the change to propagate fully throughout eBay.
Otherwise, changing your username can cause odd errors.
