credit card-decline issue

Hello there
I had a mistake on my purchases around 3 weeks ago by one of my credit cards, which is supported by Wells Fargo and ending with xxxx4763.
The mistake was that I submitted 15 different offers on 15 different items on eBay, and sellers accepted my offers for them, so my credit card had so many transactions from the same website and it was restricted by Wells Fargo due to suspicion of fraud activity, which makes sense. After I called the banker, I was able to fix the restriction.
*Now I'm able to use my card on any website or store except eBay! Ebay is declining any payment transaction from this card.
I've talked with a Wells Fargo banker twice and told me need to follow up from eBay they are not seeing any issue with my card!
