Credit Card Credits????a

Question

I purchase a lot from Ebay for my job. Parts for machinery & equipment, etc. Several months ago my accounting department suggested I request tax exemption for those items. I filled out the appropriate paperwork and now that appears to be working. Recently I began seeing "credits" to my credit card for small amounts like $.84, $2.05, $.25, $4.46, $.81 No explanation of what these are or from what transaction. My accounting department would like a detailed record of these items.....Any idea what these are or how I can get documentation for these?

@ccole1969 I can tell you that it's for sales tax adjustments on past purchases. I have bad news for the accounting department though as far as being able to tie each amount to a sale.
