Credit card charges
Has anyone been charged on there credit card for items purchased, then received the confirmation email and order number only to find in tracking the items, they do not exist, to further the annoyance the charges to CC went through. Can’t contact anyone directly at eBay since they received the funds, to discuss…what a fraudulent system! So frustrated! If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

If the tracking does not show delivery, it is easy to file an "item not received" case within thirty days of the last estimated delivery date, then ask eBay to step in after three business days.
