Credit Card Charge not in my purchase history

Question

Any ideas on this challenge? I have a charge on my credit card this month that indicates a Paypal *EBAY US" purchase. Also, I have a PAYPAL email stating that I received showing the same charge amount.

My challenge is there is nothing in my PAYPAL purchase history showing the purchase. What would cause this, and how do I track down what this purchase was for?

The charge could be for shipping labels, but I do not see you are a seller. You did not make any purchases where you specified to pay via Paypal?
