Credit Balance refund
Does anybody know how I get a credit balance refund? The link in the online statement to request this does not contain the relevant information. Paying money to ebay seems well documented. Getting money from eBay less so.

Mentor2 years agoYou have to ask customer service to refund the credit balance.
The easiest way to do this is to post a private message on social media. www.facebook.com/ebay www.twitter.com/ebay

If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
