creating special listings
I have a buyer that wants to buy specific items. I am trying to figure out if I can create a one time listing that can be sent directly to a single buyer?

Make the listing which has all of the items the buyer wants and then use the Buy it Now format with the Make Offer option. You set the Buy it Now price very high and then accept only offers from the intended buyer. Once you list the item send the buyer the item number so they can purchase the items before the listing indexes and becomes available to all users.
