Creating Policies

Question

I created policies for shipping, purchasing and returns. How long do these take to go into effect? It's only listling like 3 items and I have over 200 in my active listings. Do I have to go in manually and update all of these? My policies are generic and only created to update a crossliting software b/c I was prompted to do so. Any help is appreciated.

You need to apply the Business policies to your listings. You can do that in Bulk Edit

1) Go to your active listings in Seller Hub: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active

2) Check the box beside each listing you want to make a change to. (start with just 2 listings - later just pick them all)

3) Click "Edit Selected" from the drop-down list

Once Bulk Edit opens,

1) Select your items again, then

2) Bulk Edit

3) Delivery <<==

4) Change your shipping policy <<==

5) Apply

6) Submit All

7) Confirm and Submit

8 ) Done

Repeat for Preferences

Return Policy

Payment Policy
