Creating new shipping label after voiding last one
I am new here and just made my 2nd sale. I had to void a shipping label because the weight was wrong. I’m trying to create a new one and the only options it is giving me is flat rate boxes and envelopes. I already have it packaged in a box. It’s a large metal sign so probably none of those are going to work. I don’t know what to do. I brought it to the post office and they said if I don’t ship it through eBay it’s going to be extremely expensive.
