Creating an invoice from unpurchased
If I have a buyer, send me pictures of all the things they want. Can I create an invoice from that?
I’m unsure how, technically challenged thank you for your help

Mentor2 weeks ago · Edited@kathrybenso-0 No, you can not do that. The buyer has to commit to buy the items then you can send a combined shipping invoice. You go to the sold awaiting payment items and select send invoice from the drop down menu next to the item. Next screen will have all of the items. Adjust the shipping price as needed.
The shipping price is the ONLY thing that can be adjusted on an invoice.
