You have to ship based on what was on the listing and what the Buyer paid. If you made a mistake on the weight, package dimensions and shipping method then you learn from the mistake for the future. You do NOT cancel the transaction because you made a mistake.
eBay has NO provisions to send an invoice for more money than what was paid.
