Creating a Post
Hi, things have changed - I am very disappointed. I am trying to upload my pics on a new listing and it keeps telling me the format has to be jpeg, png or heic. My pics are heic and less than 7MB, so I don't understand what the problem is and how I can continue with my listing. Appreciate help please

OP2 years agoI do not use a smart phone for ebay and I never have. Nothing I do to create a listing on ebay has changed. Why all of a sudden will it not accept my pictures. This is terrible. And I do not know how to save all of my pics in jpeg format. Please help.

Mentor2 years agoRead that message again. I do not use a smart phone for ebay, but I have read that the format CANNOT be heic. Try saving in JPG format.
