Created wrong return shipping label
I accidentally created a duplicate shipping label for my buyers return, with her as the recipient again. It was discovered at the PO after it was scanned, so it shows as shipped back to me even though it wasn’t sent. I need to create a new one but can’t find a place to upload it for my buyer since the system thinks this transaction is complete. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
