Created Order as a Guest (?) - Order not linked to account

Hi There -

I have an ebay account that I've had for well over a decade. I ordered something this weekend and it seems I wasn't logged into my account when I ordered it.

I got an order confirmation and when I click the link to view order details it brings me to the order status page but I'm not logged in at that point. Pretty much anything I try to do brings me to an account creation page.

Is there a way to link this order to my account?

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account, so you will have to either sign out of your eBay account to use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay or else open that link using a private or incognito browser window. If you cannot find the email, you can request another here:
