created duplicate shipping label for same item

I mistakenly created duplicate shipping label for same item. I have asked Paypal and Ebay both a few times for a refund of the $5.00 fee taken from my bank. they have not answered me. what do I do?

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
