Created a second shipping label for the same order.
So I was getting everything prepped to make my first ever run to the post office to drop off a few days worth of order. However I was having some trouble locating one of the QR codes for one of my orders and so Running low on time and feeling stressed I just went ahead and purchased a new shipping label for that order. Now that order has been delivered and even the customer left a good review However I have not been paid out for that order because it shows only a partial delivery because of that 1st label that was created shows that it was never dropped off to the Post Office. So my question is how would I go about showing that that order was actually completed so that I can go ahead and receive the payment? Thanks for any and all help!

Mentor3 years agoSince the first label was never used, you should have Voided it. You only have 5 days to void the label. I would ask Customer Service to help with this problem.
