Subject: Bulk Upload ShippingDetails Error – Item.ShippingDetails Invalid or Missing
Hello,
I am trying to upload listings using the bulk file template, but I keep receiving the following error:
“Input data for tag <Item.ShippingDetails> is invalid or missing.”
My account is opted into eBay Business Policies, and I have correctly entered:
Shipping profile name
Return profile name
Payment profile name
The policy names are copied exactly as shown in Seller Hub. I have also ensured that manual shipping service columns are blank to avoid conflicts.
Despite this, the same error continues to appear.
Could you please review and confirm what is missing or incorrectly formatted in my file? I would appreciate guidance on the correct structure required for ShippingDetails when using Business Policies in bulk uploads.
