Create a claim not working
Hello, I bought the insurance through eBay. I am on the page where you create a claim. But, every time I click lost package it says please way until Mar 9, 2026. Today is Mar 9, 2026. Any idea why it isn't working?

OP6 months agoAt this point the buyer got their refund about 15 days ago. So that part should be done. The carrier was USPS. I sent it via ground advantage. Which has the 100 coverage. I made that claim and it should be coming soon enough. As far as I can tell rest of the insurance was through the eBay ship cover thing. So I am on this site. www.ebay.com/claims/create . And I have the option to "file a claim" there. It just doesn't seem to realize that today is today
