Crazy situation
A buyer bought a pair of boots from me. When I was packing them up I noticed I screwed up and put the wrong size in. So I contacted the buyer and told her I was canceling the order, after already accepting. Then, I looked again and I was right all along. It was the size I indicated. So I reached back to the buyer who said she still wants the item. I was charged $10 for the cancellation and thought the buyer was refunded. It says she was on my end. However, she says she was double charged for the item. I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions? No one is available to help me at ebay. Thanks.
