Please advise if this is fair. I request a return on a item that is way too small I had until 01/03 to return it why I went to make the return on 01/03 it’s stated that my return is closed. Now I am stuck with an item that is extremely small for my use. I don’t even know what to do

Not sure what you're asking about. If you mean that you're unable to open a return because you let the opportunity expire, sure it's fair. If you thought you were going to use the item for a month and then send it back at the last minute, that's what we call just deserts.

Have you received a refund for this item? If so, eBay considers the case closed. You are not required to return it. If the Seller asks that you still return the item, they will need to send you a prepaid return label.
