Courier (Evri) problems - Ebay help contact is useless
I have tried Ebay's help and contact (robot) to no avail - many ebay sellers use Evri to deliver my parcels but our local driver regularly leaves my parcels at the end of our driveway OUTSIDE our property at the roadside.
I have complained to Evri several times but the problem continues...
I have now had two parcels (that I know of) stolen by people passing by but because Evri have tracked them as delivered I am having difficulty getting the items replaced even when the Evri tracking photos clearly show the parcels left on the ground outside our front gates.
I cannot afford to have my items stolen at this rate if I can't get replacements.
I cannot get a typed message to Ebay's contact centre and all I can do now id claim refunds via Ebay's purchase guarantee I suppose??
