Coupon (%off) still showing on items even though I paused and deleted the coupon.
Hello Community. I am exploring the Discount section and created a group and a discount coupon of 15% off.
Clicking on Overview I saw that all my items are now marked with the "15% off with coupon" verbiage. This was not my intent, I just wanted new buyers to receive a coupon. I only wanted new buyers to receive a coupon, not all store items to be discounted. This is not the main issue though.
So, I deleted the Group and Discount I had just created, but when look at my items on the Overview, I still see the verbiage in red under each item. Anyone know where that is pulling from and how to get rid of? My discount screen is showing no discounts or saved groups (b/c I deleted them). Thanks!

OP1 year agoFYI I spoke with an agent and she worked with the specialist team to resolve the matter. This issue has been resolved.
