coupon for getting eBay supplies for starter store

Question

I have a starter store but I don't remember getting any coupon for buying supplies. Do you get it automatically?

A starter store is not eligible for the shipping supplies coupon. That starts at the Basic store level.

Those with a Basic store or Above can access the coupon via Manage Store >Subscriber Discounts. It is not automatic.

The starter store (under $10/month) doesn't get a store supplies coupon.

If you have a basic store (about $25/month) you'll have a coupon and can find it here:

Here are 2 ways to find your coupon code

Go here, wait a second or two for the "Coupons" section to populate: https://www.ebay.com/myb/Summary

OR

Go here, and click See Details in the "eBay Shipping Supplies" box: https://www.sd.ebay.com/subscriberdiscounts

You can use your coupon on items purchased from this store:
