I had a buyer choose the original selling price, not the agreed offer price. How do I refund the difference? Is a coupon an option? What's the best and easiest way?

Mentor6 months agoFind the item on your sold list and from the drop down menu next to the item click on refund. Make sure to enter the amount of the refund you want to give since the default is the full amount that was paid.
