Country of Origin Bulk Change
I want to change all my listings to the CORRECT country of origin since ebay defaulted most of mine to CHINA even though my shipping policy is set correctly to the UNITED STATES.
I have read threads on here about being able to do so but the screen shots they're using and the instructions given do not coincide with what I'm seeing when I try to bulk edit my listings.
I am not a novice. I have been seeling on ebay since 1997. I should not have to go into each listing and set it. I have 1000's in my store!

The Country of Origin should be where the item was manufactured, not where you are shipping from.
I ship from USA but have items manufactured in many countries.
This is for customs/duties and the country were the item was made is the important issue.
I am not aware of how to bulk edit Country of Origin. I agree it should be an option.
For a while, I had a filter on my Active Listings page with 'Missing Information', that is gone now.
You may get a notification when you go to bulk edit to review them.
I no longer get that, but I have completed all of mine (at least once)

OP5 months agoSo, are you telling me the "country of origin" that's at the bottom of the listing page (just before you list the item) is for where the item was manufactured and not where you're shipping from?

ITEM LOCATION is where you are shipping the item from.

Yes. COO is where the item was manufactured. The Made In place.
Currently Country of Origin seems to be in 2 places - in Item Specifics and at the bottom of the listing as a reminder. Change in one, makes it change in the other.
Item Location is where you are shipping from. It's in preferences at the bottom.
That can be bulk edited easily if needed.
