Countetoffers
how long does a counteroffer stay in effect? If I receive an offer that is higher than my counteroffer from another buyer, is it accurate that I cannot respond until counteroffer expires.

You can accept the higher offer NOW, if it came through the listing as an offer.
Offers don't take your item off the marketplace. It can be sold at full price at any time.
With Auctions it can be tricky. I am hoping you don't have any bids, and that this is a real offer.
