Where can I find an instruction booklet for the a countertop ice maker? I bought one and I got scammed. Wrong color, no ice scoop,no carry handle, no self cleaning button no instruction booklet,.

Here's what to do when you receive an item that doesn't match the description:

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

As for an instruction book, you can usually google that for the brand you purchased. It's not likely you'll get it from the seller at this point (and you won't need it if you are going to return it to get your money back).
