Counteroffer problems
Hello. I have a situation that I am trying to handle in the correct manner. I had a lot of flatware listed for 149 buy it now/best offer. A buyer offered 65, which I declined. They then offered 65 again. I declined. They then offered 65 AGAIN with a message saying that they were not a seller, so they would not be re-selling the items and that they just needed some teaspoons to refill their set. Again I declined. They then offered 70, I counteroffered for 70 with a message saying "If you just need some teaspoons to refill your set, I can offer you 8 teaspoons for your offer of 70. They accepted counteroffer. They received their 8 teaspoons yesterday, and I got a message asking where are the rest of my items? I said, in my counteroffer I stated that for 70 I could only do 8 teaspoons and then the buyer flipped out on me saying they never saw any such message and is asking me to show them that message. When I try to find it I can only see the counteroffer, but I can't find the message that goes along with it.
My question is two-fold. Does anyone know where I can find my completed offers? And 2, how should I handle this? I have already told them that they are welcome to return the items, free return shipping and they will receive a full refund, and they are not willing to do that. They said that they want All the items that were in the listing and they want them now...
