i was just informed by the manufacturer that a putter that i purchased in November is in fact a FAKE.
the seller is not responding to requests and the item no longer shows up on Recent Purchases for me to submit a claim agains...
Help... do i have a position to request ebay to step in and make this right and how do i do so??

Mentor4 months agoEbay cannot help you since the 30 day Money Back Guarantee has expired.
You can try contacting the payment source you used to pay for the item.
