Has anybody received a "counterfit" card?
What are my options?
I got couple cards from a auction, thought is was authentic autograph, but noticed the it clearly shows "counterfit"... has anybody experienced this and what are my options?

Mentor2 days ago@thekennethlee I just wanted to add that you have only THREE business days to file the return request case for trading cards so don't delay.
If it is past that date then you will have to file a chargeback with your payment method.

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Damaged or Defective Item", "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
