You can avoid a lot of those sorts of returns by choosing to do business with experienced sellers that have a proven track record of delivering exactly what was described as shown in the seller's feedback, and by not doing business with new or inexperienced sellers, sellers registered overseas, sellers that show signs of being drop-shippers that might be sourcing from overseas sellers, or sellers that have drastically changed selling behavior lately.
