Counterfiet Product
I bought a phone via eBay Refurbished (with a checkmark) program.
The phone is counterfeit phone ... per Samsung. Samsung will not support the phone. Original warranty has expired.
I need to reach eBay so I can report this and get resolution.
- I emailed - no response
- I got a "call me back" call. They said they would send seller information. They never did
I dont know how to find the "call me back" option. I need to talk with a supervisor.
