Counterfeit violation on authentic items
I received several violations on items I have tried to sell and when I appealed it, it was denied. This last time I was denied within three hours of submitting appeals for the three violations I received. I’ve pleaded my case and sent JPEGs of screen shots of my online purchases from legit companies, like wal-mart, Amazon, Casio.com and eBay. But I was denied with a boilerplate response on all three. Did the attachments even matter?
The products are legitimate and authentic, but they are accused of being counterfeit and removed. Now I have several counterfeit violations against me, though the items are authentic. This is frustrating.
Where do I go from here?

Mentor5 months agoWhat are the brand names of the items? It sounds like the manufacturers may be VeRO members and do not want their items listed on ebay. Do not relist them. Find another platform to sell them on.

OP5 months agoThe brand is Casio. There are a ton of Casio watches on here for sale. The other one was a Psoy brand. That’s a Chinese made watch available on eBay.
