Counterfeit USPS mailing label
Has anyone experienced and item with free shipping being sent with a counterfeit USPS mailing label? Received notice that package needed to be picked up due to sending using a counterfeit label and shipping cost being due on the item.

Where did you receive this email? There is a common scam regarding the need to pick up packages and pay postage due. Did the notice come from eBay in your eBay messaging? If not, it could be a scam email.

OP2 years agoThe notification came directly to my physical mailbox from the Post Office.

Mentor2 years agoI would use the CONTACT SELLER link in your Purchase history and let the seller know that you need xx in order to pay the postage due to pick up the package. If the amount is not sent via Paypal (be sure to give your Paypal email address), you will refuse the package, and the USPS will send the package back and the seller will need to pay the postage due in order to get the package back.
