counterfeit silver eagles
Bought several 2023 silver eagles on EBAY in the last month. received 3 in the last couple days that are fake. Coins with proof detail in lucite holders sold as unc. Didn't realize where they were coming from. What's the best way to proceed? there seem to be quite a few listed right now

Mentor3 years agoUse the REPORT button on the listing that it is obviously a fake.

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, counterfeit/fake. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
